Steve Pearl of Hamptonne Wood Turning creates bespoke pieces turned on the lathe at his workshop at Hamptonne Farm. He also makes unique pieces of furniture. The majority of his pieces are made from locally sourced wood, and finished with homemade beeswax. Some also have different coloured resin incorporated into them, creating truly unique pieces.

Wood turning is a skill that Steve developed during his early years and has revisited during his retirement, he now spends most mornings in his workshop creating his beautiful pieces of work. Each piece takes several hours to create, years in fact if you include the time it takes for the wood to dry out so that it can be worked on without splitting.

Rather than selling online Steve can often be found at the Genuine Jersey Craft Markets or you can buy his work from him directly by making an appointment to visit him at his workshop. He is also happy to work on commissions.
