The Le Boutillier family have been farming at Woodlands Farm for generations. They are one of the few remaining mixed Dairy and Potato farms in the Island, still growing their Jersey Royal New Potatoes in soil fertilised by the herd.

At the Woodlands Farm entrance you can find The Potato Shack Cafe and Honesty box, and down in the farm courtyard is Woodlands Farm Butchers. The dairy farm itself is not open to the public but the herd can often be seen grazing in the field opposite the Potato Shack.
Jersey Royals are at their best when they are freshly dug and the Woodlands Royals on the honesty box are dug fresh every single morning during the season!

Inside the cafe royals are served up in beautiful seasonal dishes alongside other delights showcasing the best of seasonal produce. The milk from the dairy herd is turned into fresh artisanal gelato and the Jersey cream and butter into La Cremiere salted caramel sauce.
The butchers not only supply some of the best restaurants in Jersey but also have a shop where the public can buy the best Jersey beef alongside a range of meats and wines.
