Born and raised in Jersey, Dawn studied art at Camberwell Art College in London, and Liverpool University. She became Head of Art, Photography and Textiles in 3 island secondary schools.

Painting has always been her passion and she aims to bring vibrant colours into peoples homes and workspaces to enhance spaces for wellbeing. Inspiration comes from our beautiful island coastline and the ever changing light. Dawn sells her paintings to both private homes and businesses and works with clients to reproduce a favourite view for a particular piece for themselves or for a gift. Colours can be selected to match a specific interior design palette, radiating warmth and vibrancy.

Dawn also trained at the Institute for Art and Therapy in Education and is currently chief Arts and Creative Wellbeing Educator at The Harbour Gallery, offering arts tuition and creative wellbeing courses. Dawn also runs 'En Plein Air' Coastal Canvas art days in our beautiful natural environment. She was shortlisted for a DIFERA award for Inspirational Person of the Year for her work in striving for equal access to the arts for all. Her paintings are on show at Longueville Manor.
