The Fresh Fish Company is ideally situated at the heart of the home of the Island’s commercial fishing fleet on the Victoria Pier of St Helier Harbour.

The company’s famous fresh fish stall, which also stocks a variety of fresh local produce and products, can be found at the beginning of the pier, at the bottom of Mont Bingham.

The business was established in 1999 with the primary motive of supplying local fish to hotels and restaurants. Since then it has developed hugely, now supplying several top hotels and restaurants in Oxford and London with local fish and shellfish, refrigerated and delivered direct within 18 hours.

Supplying the season's best catch is fundamental to the Fresh Fish Company. Fresh spider crabs in the summer months - in particular are in a league above all others - local mackerel, turbot, Dover sole, John Dorey, monkfish, scallops (to rival any) are but a taste of the range on offer.
