James Gordon the Head Chef at Sumas, will prepare a Jersey Shellfish Spectacular for up to four people in the comfort of your own home including selected wine.
James will discuss and suggest a menu with the lucky winners before preparing this feast to order, using only fresh Jersey Shellfish.
The competition is promoted by Genuine Jersey and the estimated prize value £500 (not exchangeable)
