    Lesley Garton makes a range of modern and traditional, chutney, relish, jelly, jam, chilli sauce, chilli oil and cordial from her farm house on the outskirts of St Helier and sells them through an Island wide network of retail outlets. Lesley decided right from the outset that she would use local, seasonal Genuine Jersey ingredients.

    A home-grown tea business, started by four friends. The Jersey Tea Company sells handcrafted organic whole leaf green and black tea that has been grown and processed all on Island.
  • The adventure began when Mark Pinnick moved to Jersey and missed the cured meat snacks he had enjoyed while living in South Africa and so began to investigate curing Jersey beef to create his own Biltong. Word of mouth spread and soon Mark found himself running The Little Jersey Biltong Company, a small business supplying a niche market on the island.

    Stephanie Auckland the Founder and Designer of The Memory Mix completed a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Social Sciences and since graduating has developed this Graphic Design business producing a wide range of products to suit most occasions.

    Born and raised in Boston, USA, Kat Read of Rocque Paper Scissors, fell in love with Jersey at La Rocque on a misty Autumn night in 2012.

    The Snail House is run by husband and wife team Chris and Kimberley Le Sueur, who are currently specialising in the breeding Helix Aspersa Muller edible snails to be sold as escargot. Their business was born out of lockdown in 2020 when the couple were looking for a new venture that would fit around Chris’s shifts as a police officer and Kimberley’s desire to go back to work whilst accommodating her already busy life as a mother.
