We’re delighted to announce that Smith and Williamson, local providers international tax, financial planning and investment management services, have become the association's first Patron.
Launched last year the Genuine Jersey Patronage scheme invites like minded individuals or local businesses to support home-grown talent by becoming a Patron, giving financial assistance to enable the association to give more support to its Members. Smith and Williamson’s Patronage has allowed us to work with a local production company to produce a series of video profiles of our members, which will allow viewers to really get to know the people behind the locally produced goods and services.
John Garton, Chief Executive of Genuine Jersey Products Association, said: “I’m delighted to be welcoming Smith and Williamson onboard as the association’s first Patron. Their contribution will help us continue to raise awareness of locally produced goods and support all those involved in their production from craft workers to artists and farmers to fishermen.”
Matt Falla, Managing Director Smith and Williamson, Jersey said “We are delighted to break new ground with Genuine Jersey in becoming their inaugural Patron. We looking forward to supporting the Association and their Members in their continued growth with all the Business and Wealth Services that Smith and Williamson has to offer”
The Association is funded by Members, sponsors and the Government of Jersey – all funds are used to support Members and for the benefit of the community.
